I was shopping at Trader Joes and a young twenty something store employee stopped me, "Mam", she said, (Mam?? is she really talking to me? mam??) "where did you get your cardigan?" (now that's more like it) "LOFT" I answer. And she stares blankly--"you know, Ann Taylor's LOFT?" Still blank. So I instruct her where to find a store, and move along. So I have found my niche-my choice of caridigan color-still cool, my choice of store to purchase it at--only cool to those of us "Mams".
Isn't owning a house awesome???? we had our whole sewer go out last fall....had to replace the whole thing....120 feet later and a new yard! and, our water heater blew out the bottom just one month after moving in....and I have a ton more, but still, isn't it great????

This is crazy!!! Is it fixable- or do you have to replace? And were you able to get your cars out before it broke??

I'm so sorry. That really stinks. I swear, as soon as you buy the problems surface. They will slow down, I'm sure of it.
