Have you tried this Laughing Cow cheese? Buy some. I like the original better than the light, because the light tastes mores salty.
I eat it with Ritz.
I think it tastes like Easy cheese (the scary stuff on the shelf that comes in a can) but real, and not scary. It's white and not neon orange.
It's cheapest at Costco--at least here in AZ.

We consume this stuff by the ton!! It is also a fabulous replacement for mayo on a sandwich! Gotta love the Costco multipack. :)
We love it as well. We hide it from the kids or they will eat it all without even noticing!
It's great cheese! We have to restrain to buy it - or we eat it like candy
